Making Progress

We all know i struggled with the gym for "a while". This resulted in, that the by the end of last year, i'd gained 5 of the 7kg i'd lost. Yeah that was one sour lemon! It took some serious hard work to lose that, and then to just gain it back so easily, well it nothing short of sucks.

It's not been long since i got my butt back in the gym but i am already seeing progression  =)
Numbers are barely moving at all, but i do gain muscle very easily (and let's just say the weights are a teeny weeny bit heavier than at the beginning of last year - 20kg or so *grins*)

Anyways, i thought i'd give you guys a visual of the butt that now hits the gym!


Yeah i know, i was trying to be....i'm a bit shy OK?
But i'll be brave...





So....making progress - will you make sure i keep it up?

Wow, I think you're beautiful the way you are. Why would you want to change? Curves look great on women and obviously on you (although you're not *that* curvy). :-) You look perfect. There's too much emphasis on losing weight these days, I think.

there's a few reasons for going to the gym;
1. Sir requires it
2. I want to become more fit
3. It's good for my mental health (issues)
4. it's good for over all health and quality of life.

Not all about losing weight, as much about gaining benefits =)
And that bum is not gonna disappear -i had bum even when i weighed 43kg! *lol*
And i like it :P

(just to clarify, 43kg was a long time ago and nowhere near what i weigh now. You can add on 15kg+ there ;) )

Your looking good. I appreciate its not easy keeping up with gym and in general keeping fit and healthy but its well worth the effort..well done you!

Your reasons make perfect sense! I completely agree with going to the gym to be healthy, mentally and physically. :-) Elder's right too about having enough meat for spanking - I think Wolf would prefer me to weigh a little more but our body types are what they are. Your bum is awesome - I wish I had one like it.

I SO agree with squirrel...wow if only i looked a teeny bit as good as you do....you look absolutely gorgeous my friend :D although I do understand the frustration of gaining what was lost....i got weighed on Friday at a medical centre = and words failed me at the result. Im disgusted at myself. Hence im off back to Weight Watchers tomorrow.....i wish i could afford a gym..but i have the pool instead (until the really cold weather hits that is)
